Fruit Punch
60g Honey Dew Melon (1/3 allowance)
50g Mango (1/3 allowance)
53g Kiwi Fruit (1/3 allowance)
1/2 Apple
1/2 Orange or Lemon

250ml Diet Lemonade
250ml Diet Solo/Lift
250ml Diet Orange

Chop the fruit in small pieces and add to soft drink.
(Good for a party)

Kiwi Fruit Shake
2 small kiwi friut,(allowance) 3 ice cubes 1/2can Diet lemon lift, yoghurt(allowance)
Blend together. Yummy!
